Our Story

Born on the Banks
of Seneca Lake

Watershed Brewing was founded by Ken & Lisa with a simple belief: great beer, great food, and great company belong together — especially with Seneca Lake as the backdrop.

Our taproom is built around community. A place where neighbors become friends, visitors become regulars, and every pour tells the story of the Finger Lakes. We source locally whenever we can — from Muranda Cheese Company to Josef's Artisan Meats and Red Jacket Orchards — and we pour every pint with pride.

From NY State Craft Beer Competition wins to features in Forbes, the Democrat & Chronicle, and The New Brewer Journal, we're grateful for the recognition. But nothing beats seeing you walk through our door.
